CREATE MEALS & USE UP FOOD

  1. LEFTOVERS: Use up before shopping
  2. STOCKTAKE: Do to avoid buying double
  3. VEGETABLES: Make muffins and soups
  4. NOTEPAD: Make a list of leftover meals
  5. FREEZE: Any food worth saving

2: Spring Clean

  1. CLEAN OUT: The fridge and freezer
  2. DISHES: Do the dishes and wipe benches
  3. DISHWASHER: Run and empty it
