This includes any adverse reaction to any food additive, recipe or cooking method. The book includes dishes made with eggs, nuts and nut derivatives. It is prudent for more vulnerable people such as pregnant or nursing mothers, invalids, the elderly, young children and babies to avoid uncooked or lightly cooked dishes made with eggs, and any dishes made with nuts and nut oils. It is also prudent to check the labels of
pre-prepared ingredients for the possible inclusion of egg, nuts and nut derivatives. Once prepared, dishes should be kept refrigerated or frozen, and kept according to instructions within this eBook.

- CHICKEN: Always reheat chicken to ‘hot.’ If chicken cools to room temperature please put it in the fridge or freezer until use. As a rule of thumb: Cold chicken goes with other cold ingredients. Hot chicken goes with other hot ingredients.
- CONTAINERS: Never use disposable type containers for Freezer Meals. They can crack in the freezer and small pieces of plastic can come away fall into the meal. Always invest in high quality microwave and oven-proof containers that will last the test of time.
GENERAL NOTES
- STOCK: Pantry lists are based on stock powder measures not liquid stock.
- OVENS & GRILLS: Should be preheated and temperatures left to personal preference.
- COOKING EXPERIENCE: A medium level of cooking ability is required to use this cookbook. If in doubt, ask an experienced cook to join you in the kitchen to help out. Every effort has been made to make this book as easy to follow as possible and most users are reporting they find the book easy to follow and execute. Note: A ‘medium level of cooking ability’ means you can boil potatoes, peel vegetables, know about oven temperatures and you’ve got experience using equipment like stick blenders and food processors. If you don’t know basics like these, please refrain from using this cookbook.
- RECIPES: All recipes and the cooking system have been fully tested by the author and her family. If you have suggestions for future editions please contact the author. These are always factored in and considered.

- GROCERY PRICES: Due to constant rises in prices, the grocery prices listed are a ‘snapshot in time’ at publication date. These will continue to fluctuate over time.
- FAMILY MEALS: These serve 4 adults. Generally the side dishes are catered for both adults and two children. For example, adults might have a salad and kids might have veggies and mash.
- LITE MEALS: These are designed to work in tandem with the family meals and not as a standalone system. The lite version of a meal will feed one person. For example, if the family has Spaghetti Bolognese - you might have a ‘Taco Salad’ using the same mince.
